Meishoku Bigansui Acne Skin Lotion (Exfoliator) 90ml

Bigansui is one of Meishoku's longest-running acne-targeted products — a leave-on exfoliating lotion that works by dissolving the dead skin buildup that traps sebum and leads to breakouts. Applied after cleansing as a toner-stage step, it smooths rough texture, unclogs pores and prepares skin to absorb subsequent treatment products more effectively.

The formula uses salicylic acid as its primary active — a BHA that works within the pore rather than just on the surface, making it particularly effective for oily, congested and acne-prone skin types that struggle with blackheads and recurring breakouts.
