- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We accept bKash, Nagad, Credit/Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not verified.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment via WhatsApp or phone call. We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery charges and timelines. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses.
- Returns: Accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong products within 3 days.
- Refunds: Issued through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Card).
- Pre-Orders: Require full advance payment and are subject to supplier availability in Japan.
