Because pre-order items are specially sourced directly from Japan on your behalf, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures your item is reserved and processed without delay.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed through your original payment method:

  • bKash/Nagad: Refunded to your respective mobile account.
  • Card Payments: Refunded to the original card used.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via mobile banking (bKash or Nagad).
