How can I place an order?

How do I track my order?

Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and phone number. You can also message us on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Live Chat to check your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting our support team as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to order an item that is specially sourced from Japan on your behalf. Pre-orders require advance payment and take additional time for delivery. Please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for full details.

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

Yes! We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Delivery charges and timeframes may vary depending on your location.

What are the delivery charges?
  • Inside Dhaka & Chittagong City: 70 TK
  • Outside Dhaka: 130 TK
  • Express Delivery (Dhaka only): 100 TK
How long does delivery take?

Regular delivery times vary by location. Express delivery within Dhaka ensures faster arrival. We will keep you updated on your order status throughout the process.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, express delivery is available within Dhaka city only.

Payments & Authenticity
What are the available payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, bKash, Nagad, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Partial payment is also available, and pre-payment is required for pre-order items.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Every product sold by Japan Goods Bangladesh is sourced directly from Japan through our parent company, L.P International Co., Ltd., which has been operating in Japan since 1990. Authenticity is our core promise.
