The KM Melty Lip Balm is different in texture from the first application — the formula melts into the lip on contact rather than sitting on top. That's the emollient-heavy base doing its job: Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil absorb into the lip tissue rather than creating a barrier over it.
Shade 08a carries a sheer tinted finish — enough colour to enhance the natural lip tone without committing to lipstick. It's the kind of product you put on before meetings, on no-makeup days, or as a base layer under lipstick to stop lips drying out mid-wear. Vitamin E protects the lip barrier from UV and environmental stress. The texture is smooth without being slippery, and the applicator is a standard twist-up bullet — no fingers needed.
