For their 100th anniversary they launched the Matcha line, built around ECOCERT-certified organic matcha harvested from fields in Uji, Kyoto that have been growing pesticide-free tea for over 350 years. Matcha is one of the most antioxidant-dense ingredients in Japanese skincare — it protects against free radical damage, reduces UV-induced skin aging, and has natural anti-inflammatory properties that calm reactive skin over time.
This essence lotion layers matcha with three more superfoods: Chia Seed Extract for deep moisture and omega-3 nourishment, Quinoa Seed Extract to balance oil production and prevent clogged pores, and Acai Fruit Extract for brightening and antioxidant protection. Sake Lees Extract (Rice Ferment Filtrate) adds the traditional Japanese skin-plumping and brightening benefit that makes rice ferment a staple in Japanese beauty. 🧴 How to Use
After cleansing, pour a quarter-sized amount into palms. Press evenly into face and neck with gentle patting motions. Follow with serum and moisturiser. Use morning and night. Suitable for all skin types including oily and combination.
