✦ Omi Brotherhood Menturm — Japan
Acne that keeps refilling the same pores needs something that works at the source — not just on the surface.
This is a shake-type medicated lotion — and the shake is important. Sulfur settles at the bottom of the bottle; when you shake it and apply, the dispersed particles land directly on acne-prone skin and get to work immediately. Sulfur is one of the oldest acne actives known — it softens and dissolves the dead skin cells and excess keratin that block pores in the first place. No blocked pore, no sebum backup, no breakout. It also has direct antibacterial activity against acne-causing bacteria at the pore level.
The second active is Homosulfamine (Mafenide) — an antibacterial compound that specifically targets the bacteria responsible for pustular acne. Together they approach the acne cycle from both angles: Sulfur clears the pore structure, Homosulfamine kills the bacteria that would otherwise colonise it. The carrier is Ethanol-based, which means it dries quickly and doesn't leave a film. Dipropylene Glycol and Polyoxyethylene Hydrogenated Castor Oil keep the formula from being too harsh on surrounding skin. Best used as a spot treatment or targeted lotion on breakout-prone zones. Quasi-drug certified. 110ml. Made in Japan.
🧴 How to Use
Shake well before every use — Sulfur settles at the bottom. Apply with a cotton ball or fingertip to cleansed, dry skin on acne-affected areas. Use several times a day. Avoid the eye area and any broken skin. Rinse off if irritation occurs.
