The skin in those areas has built up an excess layer of dead cells that regular moisturisers can't penetrate, which is why nothing seems to work. Urea is the ingredient that actually does. At 20% concentration — the level in this cream — it softens and breaks down that hardened keratin layer, removing the barrier that was preventing moisture from getting in.
Once the keratin softens, the Urea also works as a powerful humectant — it binds water inside the stratum corneum and holds it there. Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate calms any inflammation or redness in the affected areas. Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E) improves microcirculation, which is why massaging this cream in with even light pressure is more effective than just applying and leaving it. Glycerin adds baseline hydration. The texture is a smooth, non-sticky cream that absorbs completely without residue. Use it on hands, elbows, knees, heels, and any area with rough or pigmented skin. 🧴 How to Use
Apply an appropriate amount to affected areas — elbows, knees, heels, hands — and massage in gently with circular motions for about 1 minute. Use several times daily for best results. Do not apply to open wounds, cracks, or inflamed skin.
