Cancellation Eligibility
When can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • The order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • The item ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock.

Note: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy in that case.

How do I request a cancellation?

Payment & Order Types
What happens to my Prepaid or COD order?
  • Prepaid Orders: You will receive a full refund via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Card) with no hidden deductions.
  • COD Orders: Can be cancelled free of charge anytime before dispatch. Please note that frequent cancellations may impact future COD eligibility.
Can I cancel a Pre-Order?

Cancellation is only possible before the supplier confirmation stage in Japan. Once the item is confirmed and in transit from Japan, cancellation is not allowed unless there is a significant delay or supplier unavailability.

Company Rights
Can Japan Goods Bangladesh cancel my order?

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of stock or failed payment verification.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity flags.
  • Incomplete or unreachable delivery addresses.

In these cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund where applicable.
