What is your return window?

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Not as described on the website
  • The incorrect item delivered
How do I start a return process?

Can I get a replacement or a refund?

Yes! Once approved, you can choose a Replacement (we send a new product) or a Refund (processed via bKash, Nagad, or original card). For COD orders, refunds are sent via mobile banking.

What are the conditions for a return?
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and freebies must be included.
  • The request must be made within the 3-day window.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
Do you accept returns for Pre-Order items?

Since pre-order items are specially sourced from Japan on your behalf, returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
