Is advance payment required?

Yes, pre-payment is mandatory to confirm a Pre-Order. This helps us secure your product from suppliers in Japan. We accept:

  • bKash / Nagad
  • Credit or Debit Cards (Visa & MasterCard)

How long does delivery take for Pre-Orders?

Timelines vary by product and are influenced by:

  • Supplier availability in Japan.
  • Customs clearance and import processes.
  • International logistics.

Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel or return a Pre-Order?
  • Cancellations: Only possible before supplier confirmation in Japan. After that, it is only allowed if the item is discontinued or excessively delayed.
  • Returns: Eligible only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for Pre-Orders.
How are refunds handled?

If a Pre-Order is cancelled due to supply issues or eligibility, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Card) promptly.
